How the wheel spinner works

Type in your options, adjust the weights if some should be more likely than others, and spin — click the wheel itself or the button. The wheel turns with a satisfying wind-down and lands on a winner. Spin again as many times as you like, or remove the winner after each round to run an elimination draw.

Weighted odds, explained

Each option's chance is its weight divided by the total of all weights — the live percentage next to every row shows exactly that, and the segment sizes on the wheel match. Give one option weight 2 and the rest weight 1, and it's twice as likely to win. Setting a weight to 0 keeps the option in your list but takes it out of the draw. The winner is chosen by your device's cryptographic random number generator before the wheel even starts moving — the animation is pure suspense and never changes the outcome.

How does sharing a wheel work if nothing is stored?

The "Copy link" button encodes your options and weights into the link itself. Whoever opens it gets the same wheel, rebuilt locally in their browser — no account, no database, nothing saved on a server.

Are my options or results saved anywhere?

No. Options, weights, and the winner history live only on your device while the page is open, and are gone when you leave. Nothing is stored or transmitted.
